| * Return Policy When purchasing products from Hepburn Equine Sports Therapy (H.E.S.T.) and/or Horse Connection Kind Solutions Pty Ltd, you are allowed 7 days from arrival of the product(s) at your address for notification of return. Please contact Dianne or Natalie to discuss any fitting problems or other issues you may encounter with your new saddle before sending the saddle back. Failure to contact H.E.S.T. or Horse Connection Kind Solutions Pty Ltd to discuss the issue or an unwillingness to try suggested solutions to create the perfect fit will incur an automatic fee of $100.00. Once you have discussed the issue with H.E.S.T. or Horse Connection Kind Solutions Pty Ltd it may be agreed that you return saddle for exchange or refund. If you paid by credit card Horse Connection Kind Solutions Pty Ltd will withhold the 3% bank fees that applied to the initial purchase. Please note that a full item refund can only be given if the saddle and/or accessories are absolutely clean, hair-free, and show no evidence of use. If the products you return do show signs of wear Horse Connection will withhold the exact amount we will have to give as a discount to the next person. Refunds cover the purchase price of the item; they do not cover any shipping & handling charges. Refunds will be given after the products are returned and have been inspected by Horse Connection Kind Solutions Pty Ltd. Please return the items via registered post. On change of mind there are no refunds for products available outside this initial 7 day period under any circumstances. | NEW ` The Barefoot 'Lexington' Dressage Saddle Anatomically cut treeless dressage saddle in black Soft Leather, offers ultimate freedom of movement for the horse and comfort for the rider. Special features on the Lexington Saddle are : -Safety stirrup bars -v-girthing for more comfort and better fit -Girth straps are placed more forwards for better position. -Air filled knee rolls for ultra comfort -stirrup bars which are now movable, giving the rider the opportunity to change the stirrup bars to the best possible position. In keeping with Barefoot´s well-known reputation for quality and longevity, the leather on the Lexington saddle has been doubly reinforced in all areas that may carry pressure from the rider (stirrup attachment, saddle flaps and rigging attachment). the horse´s spine. These panels create a gullet to guarantee improved spinal clearance. They are also anatomically shaped to the rider´s thighs. The interchangeable fiberglass pommel is available in several widths (delivery includes size middle). The anatomically cut cantle is constructed of thick, flexible foam, to avoid pressure points from the rider and therefore allow superb movement and collection of the horse´s back. For the rider, this foam cantle gives a soft, deep seat. The Barefoot Dressage Saddle comes with knee rolls in varying thickness, which can be positioned to the rider´s comfort. Soft fleece underside in black. Five d-rings. The removable seat has a non-slip surface, with broad velcro underside attachment. The seat is built up at the back which makes 'the Lex' most suitable for horses with uphill conformation and not as suitable for square and downhill built equines.
